Context:
One Pharma Ltd. embarked on its pioneering journey in November 2015 with a focus on incorporating cutting-edge manufacturing technology and producing globally acclaimed pharmaceutical products for the patients of Bangladesh and beyond. One Pharma Limited is looking for an experienced, reliable, honest & dedicated candidate for the position of Executive, Warehouse Department for its factory (BSCIC, Bogura).
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), GWP (Good Warehousing Practice), EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines, and Security regulations, including the use of protective clothing. Ensure strict adherence to all regulations and guidelines in every activity of the Warehouse Department.
Ensure that all written procedures are strictly followed, and all required documentation—including formats, logs, registers, checklists, and other records—are properly maintained for all warehouse activities.
Oversee the safe and orderly receipt and dispatch of all raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring strict implementation of “FIFO” (First In First Out) and “FEFO” (First Expiry First Out) procedures.
Maintain cleanliness of the dispensing area, ensure safe handling of materials, and verify the calibration and cleaning of scales prior to dispensing operations. Coordinate with the calibration and maintenance team for regular upkeep of balances.
Verify batch materials and ensure that recorded data on labels are accurate, with no shortages during the dispensing process, in accordance with production or toll manufacturing batch orders.
Supervise material division and dispensing activities, ensuring that only one material is present in the dispensing room at a time to prevent cross-contamination.
Monitor and record weight unit readings and pressure variances before and during dispensing operations. Ensure accurate recording of temperature and humidity before, during, and after dispensing operations.
Take responsibility for the handling and care of balances, including maintenance, calibration, and cleaning. Prevent damage due to mishandling or intentional misuse. Guide and supervise subordinates in the dispensing section to ensure proper use of balances and weighing tools, and validate the integrity of raw materials.
Maintain warehouse ledgers accurately, conduct audits to reconcile physical stock with software records, and strictly follow warehouse SOPs when approving or issuing materials. Utilize the ERP system to ensure efficient operations.
Prepare and submit monthly, half-yearly, and annual reports in accordance with established formats and as required by management.
Ensure timely release of materials after completion of division and dispensing, in line with production batch orders, without causing delays.
Prevent the use or handling of expired or damaged materials that may affect production. Immediately report such cases to relevant departments to enable corrective action.
Prepare management reports (monthly, half-yearly, yearly) and ensure they are submitted on time, as per organizational requirements.
Be able to work effectively under pressure and maintain accuracy in all assigned tasks.
