Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 26 years
Experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, retail warehouse, 3PL tracking, or non-saleable inventory handling.
Must have strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel, including data analysis tools, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.
Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities & Context:
Goods delivery schedule make as per priority.
Coordinate closely with Transport Team for daily dispatch and delivery operations.
Support receiving, storage, staging, and internal movement control.
Ensure correct product storage, zoning, labeling, and easy retrieval.
Maximize warehouse space utilization safely and efficiently with BIN card maintain.
Implement and sustain 5S standards across the warehouse.
Track all daily deliveries and monitor 3PL performance.
Follow up on delays, pending shipments, failed deliveries, and proof of delivery.
Track all daily return goods from outlets.
Maintain daily ledger of all non-saleable item receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
Track non-saleable items such as hangers, mannequins, uniforms, bottles, and fixtures.
