• Proficiency in managing customers over inbound or outbound calls is mandatory.    

• Provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer ensuring satisfaction to the highest level.      

• Identify selling possibilities, evaluate customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.      

• Execute all digital marketing as like prepare and posting online content for the company’s social media page and website.  

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling and messaging using social media.

• Maintain strong collaboration with colleagues and other departments with the highest level of professionalism.     

• Maintain records and other documentation and up-to-date daily and monthly reports of sales.      

• Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time (Multitasking)
