Core Responsibilities:
Analyze the assigned categories of sales achievement, coverage, and weighted distribution and suggest the action plan accordingly.
Drive the merchandising team to achieve merchandising objectives.
Evaluate the performance of the merchandiser team.
Share yearly merchandising manpower expansion plan and demarcation plan to enhance the dedicated merchandising coverage.
Collect market intelligence and share with concerns for required responses
