Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Should be an Engineer or preferably B.Sc from Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Textile Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he needs to make effective dyeing plan based on sewing asking rate (Pull) and considering all factors such as color, machine, capacity & loading factors, all textile and chemical process parameters
∎ Makes effective batch plan of gray fabric considering all factors to ensure maximum utilization of dyeing machines
∎ Provides demand planning to dependent department to ensure the feeding of knitting/dyeing machines
∎ Receives sewing production plan and convert into KG to make effective knitting/dyeing plan
∎ Regularly Communicates with knitting, cutting, sewing, and merchandising departments in order to ensure uninterrupted fabric supply
∎ Readjust plan or re-plan to cover uncertain situation
