• HSC
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Age 22 to 32 years

• Must be knowledgeable about Facebook, social media, email & live web chat.
• Ability to operate CRM software

• Product Sales, Membership card sales.
• Need to handle incoming calls to the prospective pertaining to the client's business customers
• Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Explain the products and services to the customers.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
• Refer under solve customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
• Tracking, Recording, and reporting sales on a daily basis
• Do regular follow-up with the contacts and leads
• Handle customers in a good manner.
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
• Ability to achieve KPIs by performing the daily tasks assigned by the line manager
