• B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from any reputed Universities.

• 3-5 years’ experience with minimum 1 year experience in FMCG will get preference.

• Any technical course or training on relevant subject will get preference.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and timely repair of all retail and depot refrigerators, freezers, and cold rooms.

• Supervise and coordinate field technicians, assign daily work schedules, and monitor performance for adherence to SOPs.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset life.

• Oversee freezer and cold-room installations, relocations, and maintenance activities.

• Prepare regular technical reports, maintain asset logs, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Protect high-value equipment, maintain operational readiness, and ensure uninterrupted cold-chain operations.
