Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Animal Husbandry
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in Veterinary Science

• Age 28 to 35 years

• Strong knowledge of breeder management (brooding, growing, pre-lay & laying).

• Proficiency in feed management, vaccination, and disease prevention programs.

• Ability to monitor production data and take corrective actions.

• Knowledge of ventilation systems, lighting schedules, and farm equipment operation.

• Understanding of biosecurity and waste disposal protocols.

• Capable of maintaining production records, analyzing performance data, and preparing periodic reports.

• Familiar with MS Excel / farm management software for data entry and reporting.

• Strong planning, coordination, and time-management abilities.

• Achieving growing and laying depletion at the end of 24 & 65 weeks not more than 5% and 10% respectively.

• Achieving production performance on target (both DOC & hatching eggs per hen house) at the end of 65 weeks.

• To ensure the standard percentage of the total production & the HE production cost as per budget.

• Prepare work plan for all staff considering house cleaning, house preparation, brooding, growing, pre-laying & laying period.

• Designate related personnel to accomplish assigned works.

• Check all technical data and take necessary steps accordingly like maintain proper vaccination, samples (blood & swab) collection and maintain better titter level in laboratory test report.

• Prepare a complete set of programs, including equipment requirement calculations, proper equipment setup, feeding and drinking system management, medication schedule, health monitoring plan, vaccination program implementation, lighting schedule, male mixing and replacement program, hatching egg management plan, and dead bird disposal procedure.

• Prepare ventilation program and reviewed based on birds age, season & sudden environmental change.

• Prepare and ensure farm bio-security program.

• Prepare training plan (In-house) & arrange training program inside the farm.

• Prepare, check and send production report to sector in-charge.

• Accomplish any related works assigned like data entry (production)
