∎ SEL is seeking for a smart, enthusiastic professional with self motivated & pro active people for IT Department.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Microsoft Active Directory & Exchange Server Managed
∎ (Monitor & manage the server 24x7, manage configuration, physical checkup, backup & upgradation. AD, Exchange migration & deployments.)
∎ Networking & Cyber Security
∎ To protect network Security, End Point Protection, protect devices and data from cyber-attacks. aims to reduce the risk of cyber-attacks and protect against the unauthorized exploitation of systems, networks and technologies.
∎ Ensure the proper operation of all IT systems.
∎ Establish user accounts and permissions including file shares, printer sharing, email, remote connections, and Internet access with local area networks.
∎ Look after Hardware and software system of the IT device of the company.
∎ Maintain current anti-virus software and firewall, and ensure that adequate measures are in place to guarantee security of computing equipment.
∎ Provide IT related different supports as & when required.
∎ Overall responsible for all kinds of IT operation & day to day IT activities of our Project.
∎ Provide software & application-based support to user.
∎ Provide Support & service for desktop, laptop, Printer, Scanner, Wi-Fi Router & all kinds of IT equipment.
∎ Upgrade user application software, antivirus & others as per business needs.
∎ Maintain printer, photocopier, toner cartridges.
∎ Providing technical support to ensure smooth computer system operations in the organization
∎ Providing IT support to the end users and solving technical problems in both a stand-alone and a network environment
∎ Diagnosing office Desktop PC, laptop, printer and solving hardware/software faults and replacing the parts as and when required
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
∎ Installation, configuration & troubleshooting CCTV/IP cameras, PABX, IP phone & time attendance.
∎ Microsoft server, Linux, Microsoft Outlook installation, configuration & maintenance by on-site support or remotely.
∎ Coordinate with internet service provider for smooth service, fault restore, etc.
∎ Cisco, MikroTik, router, switch, Wi-Fi, AP installation, maintenance & troubleshooting.
∎ Purchase IT related equipment & follow up to pay the bill.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication & presentation skill in English and Bangla (oral & report writing skills).
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Cyber Security
∎ Strong leadership, Influence & negotiation skills with business acumen & must have the ability to present & engage at executive consumer levels.
