Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to meet company objectives.
Source and procure raw materials, supplies and services internationally.
Must have experience in operate computer application Software, MS Word, MS Excel & Internet Application.
Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish agreements to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply chain efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality of information and documents.
