Have Negotiation skill, communication skill, supplier relationship management, analytical skill
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement supply chain strategies.
Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers.
Manage vendor and supplier selection process based on price, quality, support, capacity and reliability and build up long-term, collaborative relationships with key suppliers.
Monitor market price regularly
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Ensure supplier compliance with food safety standards
Maintain & balancing inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing storage costs and preventing stock outs
Conduct regular physical stock counts, reconcile differences with ERP reports, and ensure data accuracy at all times.
Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly.
Manage inbound logistics for raw materials and outbound logistics for finished products.
Optimize delivery routes to minimize delays and transportation costs.
Align material supply with daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
Adjust procurement and production plans
Minimize overstocking and stock outs by balancing supply and demand.
Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, and service
Ensure supply chain activities comply with food safety, health, and other relevant regulations and company policies.
Work closely with other related department to carry out the smooth operations
