• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management

• 1 to 2 years

• Age 26 to 28 years
• Only Male

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills            

• Knowledge of supply chain management       

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills           

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines·        

• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and records              

• Have computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel              

• Have Negotiation skill, communication skill, supplier relationship management, analytical skill

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies.

• Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers.        

• Manage vendor and supplier selection process based on price, quality, support, capacity and reliability and build up long-term, collaborative relationships with key suppliers.

• Monitor market price regularly

• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.

• Ensure supplier compliance with food safety standards

• Maintain & balancing inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing storage costs and preventing stock outs

• Conduct regular physical stock counts, reconcile differences with ERP reports, and ensure data accuracy at all times.

• Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly.

• Manage inbound logistics for raw materials and outbound logistics for finished products.

• Optimize delivery routes to minimize delays and transportation costs.

• Align material supply with daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.

• Adjust procurement and production plans

• Minimize overstocking and stock outs by balancing supply and demand.

• Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, and service

• Ensure supply chain activities comply with food safety, health, and other relevant regulations and company policies.

• Work closely with other related department to carry out the smooth operations
