Responsibilities & Context:
To oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, kitchens, or production units to ensure smooth functioning.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability.
To Assist in new store setups, expansions, renovations.
Work with marketing& promotional activities that support to brand.
Develop and implement innovative menus that align with the brand, meet customer preferences, and are profitable.
Responsible for analyzing financial reports, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to improve profitability.
Ensuring cost-effective use of human resources and controlling waste.
Manage workforce planning and ensure high employee productivity.
To ensure customer service quality & handle customer’s complain.
Conduct regular audit regarding product quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
Implement and optimize POS systems, inventory management software, and CRM tools.
Work closely with other related department to carry out the smooth operations.
