• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science & Technology
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Age 25 to 27 years
• Only Male

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills       

• Leadership and team management skill

• Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills      

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines      

• Have computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel           

• To oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, kitchens, or production units to ensure smooth functioning.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability.

• To Assist in new store setups, expansions, renovations.

• Work with marketing& promotional activities that support to brand.

• Develop and implement innovative menus that align with the brand, meet customer preferences, and are profitable.

• Responsible for analyzing financial reports, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to improve profitability.

• Ensuring cost-effective use of human resources and controlling waste.

• Manage workforce planning and ensure high employee productivity.

• To ensure customer service quality & handle customer’s complain.

• Conduct regular audit regarding product quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards.

• Implement and optimize POS systems, inventory management software, and CRM tools.

• Work closely with other related department to carry out the smooth operations.
