Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Analyzing the requirement of the received Purchase Requisition.
Checking for nomination status of the required accessories by merchandising team, and collecting proofs of nomination.
Sourcing for the items to as per quality standard of the buyer and arranging samples on time.
Collection of quotation and getting approval of the sample.
Preparation of Comparative Statement.
Preparation of Purchase Order and placing the order to supplier with required delivery schedule.
Follow up with commercial department to ensure on time documentation to meet the delivery date.
Coordination with QAD department for any quality claim.
Follow up with MCD department for completion on time GRN to release the payment of the supplier.
Maintaining on time bill preparation.
Maintaining proper supplier evaluation process.
Visiting supplier site.
