Responsibilities & Context:

Store:

  • Develops material master plan and production schedules to establish sequence and lead time of each product to meet consumer demand and requirements.

  • Implement changes to Industrial Engineering standards in the plants.

  •  Works closely with Manufacturing Team, Program Management, Quality, Sales, Procurement, and Engineering to create production Plans/schedules that follow manufacturing sequences and lead time work flows (Labor & Material).

  •   Formulate and provide risk and opportunity assessments on production labor and material plans/forecasts. Provide recommendations to exploit Cost & Schedule Opportunities and mitigations to cost and schedule risks.

  •   Implement “Lean” concept for Inventory, Ergonomic planning & Manufacturing Line Balancing with consider “Design to Cost”.

  •     Declare factory capacity based on workers, machine installation, efficiency and utilization.

  •  Reviewing open orders in ERP system to ensure order fulfillment with considering master data including material master MRP, BOMs, routing, MI, RMI, PMI, FGI process.

  • Monitor and maintain MPS, MRP planning parameters for responsible manufactured items. 

Inventory:

  • The mandatory has Raw/WIP inventory responsibility and is involved as needed in daily cycle counting of inventory, making sure discrepancies identified are understood and addressed. 

  •  The obligatory has input regarding the production impact of design changes, labor and/or material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions; and ensures accurate documentation throughout.
