Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, Coordinate, and monitor stock seed production activities, including land preparation, sowing, irrigation, pest and disease management, and harvesting.
∎ Prepare the Stock Seed Production annual budget and execute it as per the set target by the business.
∎ Ensure seed Production targets are met for stock seeds in line with quality and quantity specifications.
∎ Oversee the production of foundation and breeder seed, ensuring compliance with certification standards.
∎ Regularly inspect seed fields to identify and address issues affecting seed quality and yield.
∎ Maintain accurate records of seed production data.
∎ coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

∎ As an Executive, Stock seed production, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the production of stock seeds for ACI’s seed programs. Some of the major responsibilities of this position will be:
