Experience:

• 5 to 8 years

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

• Educational qualification may be relaxed in case of exceptionally experienced candidates.

• 5 to 8 years

• Age 30 to 35 years

• 5–8 years’ experience in denim washing wet process quality (preferably with export-oriented factories).

• Strong knowledge of wet process techniques (enzyme, bleach, acid, resin, tinting, etc.).

• Familiar with shade matching, shrinkage control, and fabric behavior in wash.

• Strong problem-solving and team management abilities.

• Good communication skills in English and Bangla.

• Strong leadership and team management ability.

• Must be fluent at English (Reading, writing and speaking).

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor in-line and end-line inspections for wet process operations to ensure adherence to buyer-approved standards.

• Ensure first-bulk wash approval before starting mass production.

• Verify wash recipes, chemical dosing, and machine settings match approved lab dips or wash standards.

• Ensure shade consistency, shrinkage control, hand feel, and finishing effects are within buyer tolerances.

• Maintain compliance with AQL standards and buyer inspection protocols.

• Supervise operators during wash cycles, rinsing, neutralization, and finishing stages.

• Work closely with R&D and Production teams to implement buyer comments and sample approvals.

• Adjust recipes or process time when deviations are detected in shade or hand feel.

• Ensure correct use of wash machines, dryers, hydro extractors, and other equipment.

• Identify root causes of common defects such as shade variation, back-staining, over/under bleaching, harsh hand feel, chemical streaks.

• Implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain consistent results.

• Analyze wash rejections and take immediate steps to reduce rework.

• Coordinate with chemical suppliers to ensure proper chemical quality and performance.

• Maintain daily quality reports for wet process inspections.

• Keep records of buyer-approved wash standards and SOPs.

• Document process parameters (temperature, pH, chemical quantities, cycle times) for traceability.

• Submit quality performance and defect analysis reports to QA Manager.

• Ensure safe handling and storage of chemicals (enzymes, bleach, acid, softeners, resins).

• Enforce PPE usage (masks, gloves, aprons, goggles) among all team members.

• Follow buyer environmental and safety compliance requirements.

• Ensure effluent and waste management meets environmental regulations.

• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
