Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper service to the VIP passengers
∎ Provide protocol to VIP passengers at the airport
∎ Ensure proper on time & hassle-free airport service
∎ Address passengers’ queries & requests and give solution accordingly
∎ Arranging collection of travelers & baggage.
∎ Ensuring speedy passage through airport – process travel documents.
∎ Transferring passengers through the airport.
∎ Analyze passenger’s feedback and suggest ways to improve the service
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Exhibit a high level of initiative, objectivity, integrity and commitment.
∎ Good team spirit and human relations management.
∎ Good communication skill both written and spoken.
∎ Good organizational and management skills.
∎ Good diplomacy skills and tact in dealing with team member and clients.
∎ Outgoing and confident with a pleasant personality.
∎ Proficient with Internet use and good problem-solving skills.
∎ Independent and self-motivated.
