Job Context:
∎ A Electrical manufacturing company is seeking suitably Executive- Sales & Marketing to aggressively sell, manage and expand its range of Electrical products ( Electrical Circuit Breakers, VCB Panels, HT Switchgear (LBS & VCB), Power Factor Improvement Panels (PFI), and various other medium and low voltage Switchgear panels) and build long-term relationships with potential lead customers. This is a hands-on role which will encompass account development, sales skills products expertise (In selling) and sales target achievement.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka, with extensive visits outside Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be expert in Social Media Marketing to promote and sell company's product.
∎ Execute the company sales activities, plans and procedures.
∎ Attend daily to customers and follow-up to close leads.
∎ Negotiate sales contracts, finalize sales agreements and ensures timely payment of receivables (collections).
∎ Meet with key clients to understand business requirements & maintain excellent client relationship by providing all necessary support.
∎ Establish sales objectives by forecasting & developing annual sales plan & ensure the sales target is achieved both in value & volume.
∎ Conduct market research on Electrical sector to find out current market needs of customers & take necessary initiatives support sales activates.
∎ Find out New Customers & visit the market frequently across the country.
∎ Monitor and reports on market trends, potential projects and competitor activity.
∎ Responsible to achieve the set sales target
∎ Submission of Quotation to Prospective Customers
∎ Follow-up Quotation with the Decision Makers of Prospective Customers
∎ Negotiation of Quotation with Customers.
∎ Promote the company services to existing clients as well as identifying and acquiring new clients.
∎ Represent and negotiating on behalf of the company with key customers.
∎ Follow up on Collections.
∎ Submit data and management report on time.
∎ Maintaining liaison with government & financial institution like BPDB, NESCO, PGCB, WZPDCL, DESCO etc.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management as per company requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Must have experience of planning large scale Industrial Electrical project.
∎ Capable to work under pressure to achieve the sales target both monthly & yearly.
∎ Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing.
∎ Must maintain confidentiality in correspondence in official works.
∎ Knowledge on Electrical Circuit breakers & Services for Power Plant, Industrial Electrical
∎ Solution & Residential Electrical System
∎ Analytical ability
∎ Sound product understanding and application skill
∎ Love to Sales as Career
∎ Interpersonal skill
∎ Strong verbal & written communication skills, both Bangla and English
∎ Working knowledge on AutoCAD, RETScreen & PVSyst Software will be preferred
∎ Should be able to make electrical designs of different types of Electrical Solution
∎ A dynamic problem solver with a track record for building innovative solutions.
∎ A passion for working hand-in-hand with users to successfully complete projects
∎ Experience on Electrical Product Supply Chain will be preferred
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 20000 (Monthly)
