Educational Requirements:
∎ Honors/Masters in any subject, preferably Science background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Pharmaceutical product Sales, Plastic Product Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct product promotion, meetings and knowledge sharing activities on regular basis to the targeted customers and thus ensure strong existence in the market.
∎ Ensure market study and visit potential customers to find out the opportunities to sales and launch any relevant products.
∎ Ensure coordination between internal and external contacts for market exploration and business development.
∎ Develop partnership agreement with existing and potential customers and follow-up the requirements time to time.
∎ Ensure product costing and negotiation with existing and new customers.
∎ Collect purchase orders from the customer end and generate product requisition query to the relevant department.
∎ Maintain communication with the valued customers to receive purchase order in regular intervals.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales forecast to achieve business goals.
∎ To attend the internal meeting on regular or periodic basis.
∎ To visit existing and prospective customers regularly for professional relationship development and collect of orders for fulfillment of sales target.
∎ To submit bills and follow up closely for collection of payments to avoid bad debtors' situation.
∎ To collect customers complaints and solve them in close coordination with concerned factory personnel and top management if needed.
∎ To quote, negotiate and finalize price of products with the customers by the supervision of department in-charge.
∎ Work closely with the design & development team to meet up the customer requirement according to the Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
∎ To perform duties and responsibilities as assigned by the departmental superior.
∎ Any other activities deemed necessary by the department or company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development in the Lamitube manufacturing company, Pharmaceuticals, Plastic products, Printing Packaging industry.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skill in English & Bengali.
∎ Must be well conversant with digital devices and their applications (effective browsing, email, use of analytical tools etc.)
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office applications and other required software.
∎ Possess good analytical ability and high level of professionalism.
Salary: Negotiable
