• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing in the food industry (e.g., FMCG, food manufacturing, or distribution).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel as required for client visits and promotions

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, and institutional sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Visit clients regularly to promote products and address any concerns
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with clients.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote food products
• Coordinate branding and promotional activities (in-store activations, food fairs, exhibitions)
• Collaborate with the design team for marketing materials (brochures, social media posts, packaging)
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports
