Responsibilities & Context:
Selling company shares and real estate projects.
Maintaining regular contact with clients and presenting properties according to their needs.
Finding new potential buyers and achieving sales targets.
Assisting customers with property visits and closing deals.
Managing sales activities in coordination with the marketing team.
Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential client segments.
Participate in the development of sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and business partners.
