Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international customers to ensure long-term engagement through regular communication and visits, resulting in improved satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Collect customer orders as per requirements to meet sales demand effectively and increase order accuracy and volume.
∎ Maintain and update the client database regularly to ensure organized tracking and effective customer management.
∎ Prepare sales contracts, proforma invoices, and agreements accurately to support smooth transactions and avoid misunderstandings.
∎ Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products, leading to better customer trust and fulfillment reliability.
∎ Collect payments, LC copies, purchase orders, and cheques on time through structured follow-ups to secure cash flow and reduce outstanding dues.
∎ Verify the credibility of international buyers by checking legal and financial documents to minimize business risks and ensure safe transactions.
∎ Follow up on delivery and distribution status to ensure timely fulfillment, resulting in increased customer satisfaction.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and align sales strategies with market demand.
∎ Suggest and implement business growth strategies based on market insights to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
∎ Assist in the development and execution of promotional and sales plans to increase market visibility and generate new leads.
∎ Provide regular sales performance reports to management for data-driven decisions and continuous improvement in team output.
∎ Tasnim Chemical Complex Limited (TCCL), a sister concern of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI). TCCL is engaged with producing chemicals like Caustic Soda, Hydrogen Peroxide, Hydrochloric Acid, and Liquid Chlorine. We are currently looking for a highly motivated, honest, proactive, and energetic individual for the position of Executive / Sr. Executive – Sales & Marketing. This role is responsible for managing sales and marketing activities for our chemical unit and will report to the line head.
