Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or any related field.
Minimum 1–3 years experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Smart, presentable, and confident personality.
Must be comfortable with field visits and client handling.
Responsibilities & Context:
Promote and sell residential & commercial real estate projects.
Attend client meetings, property visits, and follow up regularly.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and project details.
Collect customer requirements and coordinate with management for closing deals.
Maintain sales reports, client databases, and marketing activity logs.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and events.
