Responsibilities & Context:

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily departmental operations and maintain relevant documentation.

  • Support process improvement and ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental objectives.

  • Prepare periodic reports and analyze performance data.

  • Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

  • Oversee the formulation and development of new food products, from ideation through to commercialization.

  • Ensure all new products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and opportunities for new product development.

  • Improve existing products and processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Implement best practices in food technology and R&D methodologies.

  • Utilize sensory evaluation and consumer feedback to refine product offerings.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Quality Assurance.

  • Present research findings and product development progress to stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, suppliers, and research institutions.
