Rental Sales, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for renting out property to tenants
∎ Responsible for marketing rental properties with hunting and screening the tenants
∎ Communicate with prospective tenants and buyers to understand their property needs
∎ Stay updated with rental market trends and competitor activities
∎ Collecting rent and dealing with any maintenance issues
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property owners and buyers
∎ Providing advice and guidance to landlords and tenants in the rental process including securing rental properties
∎ Negotiating and enforcing agreements, managing rental agreements
∎ Addressing tenants’ complaints, queries and inspecting vacated units
∎ Contracting and Supervising repairs and maintenance requests
∎ Respond timely to all calls, emails and site visits
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in rental sales and its’ related field
∎ Organized and able to manage time effectively
∎ Ability to work under pressure
