∎ Must have at least 02 to 03 years working experience in Quality Control department of Food & Beverage Industry.
∎ Possess superior problem solving and analytical ability as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Must be well conversant & fluent in English both in writing and speaking. Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude.
∎ Planning and problem solving skills.Able to work well under stress in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Worked as quality control & quality assurance in order to improve Food and Beverage quality.To perform chemical analysis and physical test of raw materials as per BSTI & ISO Standard.
∎ Follow the job of QC Lab-in-charge, Technicians & Lab helpers like raw materials sampling, testing of residue & fineness and other works.Quality Assurance Testing:Perform routine testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished beverages for quality, consistency, and Food safety.Analyze samples for pH, viscosity, taste, color, microbiological safety, and other critical parameters.Ensure the proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.Process Monitoring: Oversee production processes to identify and address potential quality issues.
∎ Inspect production lines to confirm compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Monitor cleaning and sanitation protocols to maintain hygiene standards.Documentation and Reporting:Record and document test results accurately.
∎ Prepare detailed reports for management on quality trends, deviations, and corrective actions.Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal quality documentation requirements. Regulatory Compliance:Ensure products meet food safety standards and regulations (e.g., BSTI, ISO, HALAL & HACCP).
∎ Problem Resolution:Identify causes of deviations or defects in production. Work with production teams to implement corrective and preventive measures. Maintain safety laws & regulation on active supervision to ensure proper consumption of all laboratories chemical, equipment, machinery apparatus and working environments etc. Perform any other job in the factory as per assigned by the factory management.
