Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive requisition for purchase in specified format and with necessary approvals.
∎ Co-ordinates and Directs the work of individual engaged in purchasing.
∎ Negotiate purchase terms with the local vendor.
∎ Collect bill and process documents as required for payment to vendor.
∎ Planning and arrangement of material delivery schedule.
∎ Preparing supplier's database for future reference
∎ Analyzes business conditions to determine present and future needs for supplies and materials.
∎ Verify Specifications of Purchase Orders.
∎ Maintaining & Monitoring MRR.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with top management.
∎ Mentally prepare to work under pressure.
