∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.      Ensure implementation of the daily production schedule.
∎ 2.      Prepare daily Production report & submit to Manager/Asst. Manager (Production).
∎ 3.      Maintain daily stock of raw materials, chemicals, flavors, & packaging materials, etc. for running production & also ensure supply for the next day’s production.
∎ 4.      Ensure delivery of finished products to distribution.
∎ 5.      Ensure daily pre-production Assemblies & Training of Staff & Workers.
∎ 6.      Prepare and maintain the daily work schedule of Sr. Supervisor, Supervisor, Permanent & other production workers.
∎ 7.      Check Job cards.
∎ 8.      Ensure production performance for quality & standard of finished product.
∎ 9.      Ensure process loss within permissible limits.
∎ 10.   Ensure production at minimum cost.1
∎ 11.   Ensure that the production floor & machine & personnel remain clean all the time.
∎ 12.   Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
∎ 13.   Ensure proper documentation as per company rules & maintenance of departmental files.
∎ 14. Maintain liaison with mechanical, electrical, quality control & other supporting departments/sections to get the best production performance.
∎ 15. Any other job assigned by the management.
