Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he needs to make effective dyeing plan based on sewing asking rate (Pull) and considering all factors such as color, machine, capacity & loading factors, all textile and chemical process parameters
∎ Receives sewing production plan and convert into KG to make effective dyeing plan
∎ Makes effective batch plan of gray fabric considering all factors to ensure maximum utilization of dyeing machines
∎ Makes Dyeing Machine allocation plan
∎ Provides demand planning of gray fabrics to knitting department to ensure the feeding of dyeing machines
∎ Makes fabric dyeing finishing plan to ensure maximum utilization of dyeing finishing (Machines)
∎ Regularly Communicates with knitting, cutting, sewing, and merchandising department s
∎ In order to ensure uninterrupted fabric supply, s/he monitors fabric production
∎ Readjust plan or re-plan to cover uncertain situation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Basic knowledge on operation management , operation research, supply chain management, general chemistry,machine mechanics, fluid machines ,heat transfer .
∎ Basic knowledge on ERP system
∎ Patience
∎ Eager to learn
∎ Tendency to work in floor
∎ Tendency to work on a particular task until completion
∎ Ability to multitask
∎ Candidates who have keen interest to work in planning department but don't have any work experience are also encouraged to apply
