Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the design and development of seasonal and festive women's fashion collections.
Conduct extensive research on local and international fashion trends, fabrics, colors, silhouettes, embellishments, and consumer preferences.
Develop fashion concepts, mood boards, collection stories, and design directions.
Create professional sketches, technical drawings, tech packs, and design specifications.
Source and select fabrics, trims, embroidery details, accessories, and embellishments.
Collaborate closely with pattern makers, sample teams, merchandising, sourcing, and production departments.
Ensure perfect fitting, pattern development, garment construction, and finishing standards.
Monitor the entire product development cycle from concept to production.
Review and approve samples while maintaining design integrity and premium quality standards.
Conduct market visits and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.
Contribute to campaign concepts, photoshoots, fashion presentations, and brand storytelling initiatives.
