Responsibilities & Context:
Provide daily support and troubleshooting for Oracle Inventory and Process Manufacturing Modules.
Configure and maintain system settings to align with business needs.
Conduct user training and create documentation for efficient system use.
Collaborate with F&A and business teams on project implementations and upgrades.
Ensure data accuracy in Inventory & Process Manufacturing Modules reporting.
Perform data reconciliation and validation.
Participate in special projects, such as new module implementations or integrations.
Co-ordinate user training and system optimization reviews
