Job Context:
∎ Working experience in any reputed pharmaceutical company.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Action Plan of assigned products.
∎ Monitoring production and supply situation of assigned products.
∎ Collect up-to-date competitors information.
∎ Formulate annual budget for assigned products.
∎ Preparation of new product launching plan and marketing manual.
∎ Preparation and implementation of promotional plan, strategies and campaign program.
∎ Preparation of sales forecast and target of assigned products.
∎ Product performance , sales achievement and life cycle analysis.
∎ Develop and prepare training manual for assigned products.
∎ Provide training on new and existing products to the field forces.
∎ Liaison with DLS, Agricultural Universities and Scientific institutions to highlight company products.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bangla
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
