• Metal Printing Machine Operation & Management.

• Competency in data management, data sorting, and analysis.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Metal Printing field is preferable.

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel PowerPoint and ERP software (SAP).

• Strong Analytical skills, Communication Skills, and leadership capability & proactiveness.

Job Description

• As a Metal Printing, Metal cans & Metal Decoration Production Head, must look after many such machines and run a big team over 24H production.

• Metal printing machine operations, maintenance, capacity utilization, breakdown reduction, Management, etc.

• To facilitate & participate in team activities of Metal Printing Machine.

• Overall planning of printing jobs of new/received/scheduled orders of customers on narrow webs, coordinating functions among sections producing Metal packaging daily.

• Educating and training team leaders by providing on-the-job demonstrations to ensure continuous development of efficient processes.

• Updating colleagues on new SOPs, trends & techniques regularly.

• Routine shop floor visits to inspect & rectify faulty processes, and parameters and find out root causes to eliminate recurrence of machine problems, process failures, etc.

• Attending customer feedback, and complaints and devising optimum solutions for better customer service.

• Supervising & actively coordinating inventory movement, timely requisitions, and periodical spare parts health checkups.

• Assisting Management by generating & providing adequate data, and information to make successful business expansions.

• Closely assist Management in developing new products with an emphasis on ensuring business viability from a production point of view.

• Manage, encourage, and develop human resources within the respective production departments.

• Any Other Job as and when assigned by the Management.
