Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Generate sales and achieve target as planned.
∎ Identifying potential customers and prospects through various channels.
∎ Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and build trust.
∎ Handle clients (including inbound) and supply necessary information about apartments to generate sales.
∎ Delivering compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to highlight the value proposition and benefits of products or services.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.

∎ Oriental Real Estate Ltd. is looking for some young, energetic, target oriented, self motivated and proactive Executive/ Sr. Executive (Apartment and Commercial Space Sales) who has at least two years experience in the Real Estate Industry.
