Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
Ashiyan Lands Development Ltd., one of the leading real estate developers in Bangladesh, is looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented individuals to join our Marketing & Sales team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting residential and commercial projects, achieving sales targets, and maintaining long-term relationships with valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Generate new leads through client visits, referrals, digital platforms, and corporate networking.
- Present and promote Ashiyan’s projects to potential clients with proper information and professionalism.
- Maintain effective communication with existing clients and ensure excellent after-sales service.
- Visit project sites and accompany clients during property inspections.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, fairs, and marketing events to enhance brand visibility.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and feedback to assist in strategic planning.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the supervisor
