• Age 24 to 35 years

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate marketing & sales.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in the real estate sector.(Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may apply for the Executive position.)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Smart, confident, and presentable personality
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools
• Willingness to travel to project sites and meet clients regular

Job Context:

Ashiyan Lands Development Ltd., one of the leading real estate developers in Bangladesh, is looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented individuals to join our Marketing & Sales team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting residential and commercial projects, achieving sales targets, and maintaining long-term relationships with valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
• Generate new leads through client visits, referrals, digital platforms, and corporate networking.
• Present and promote Ashiyan’s projects to potential clients with proper information and professionalism.
• Maintain effective communication with existing clients and ensure excellent after-sales service.
• Visit project sites and accompany clients during property inspections.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, fairs, and marketing events to enhance brand visibility.
• Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and feedback to assist in strategic planning.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the supervisor
