Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing marketing and sales strategies.
∎ Conducting extensive research on competitors' products and services.
∎ Achieve individual Sales, customer acquisition & retention.
∎ Ensure regular client follow-up, visit and correspondences to achieve set of personal targets.
∎ Knowledgeable on business development and present market scenario.
∎ Able to communicate with professionals/businessmen and look for prospective customers.
∎ Work under pressure in a team with responsibility.
∎ Execute all marketing activities as per the set plan of the organization.
∎ Prepare report as required by team leader and management.
∎ Strong negotiation skill.
∎ Must collaborate with team members to achieve better results
∎ We are looking for some young, dynamic and energetic Executive/Sr. Executive (Marketing & Sales) who has experience in the Interior/Construction/Real Estate Market. The candidate should have at least 1-3 years of proven experience in marketing, obtaining leads for achieve the personal sales to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
