∎ At least 3 years of experience in marketing and brand communication, with a background in working with a marketing agency.
∎ Proven expertise in marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
∎ Strong analytical skills to interpret market research data and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Proficiency in relevant software and tools for branding and marketing.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and implement marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising) and traditional media (print, outdoor, events). Ensure alignment with brand positioning and target audiences.
∎ Work closely with product, design, and sales teams to develop integrated marketing strategies. Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and product launches.
∎ Oversee the development of marketing content including blog posts, social media updates, videos, newsletters, and brochures. Coordinate with content creators and agencies to ensure high-quality outputs resonate with target audiences.
∎ Conduct regular market research to track industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
∎ Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems. Provide actionable recommendations based on data to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
∎ Manage and grow the brands' social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting and engagement with followers. Work on enhancing website traffic through SEO best practices and optimizing web content.
∎ Regularly update senior management on marketing performance, strategies, and results. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
