Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive /Sr. Executive to join our spinning mill’s administrative team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of both technical and social compliance standards, especially in the context of the textile and apparel industry (Garments / Spinning ). The role requires direct involvement in preparing and facing global audit standards including INDITEX, GOTS, OCS, GRS.
This position demands a proactive leader who can ensure the factory`s operations meet national and international compliance requirements. The Compliance Executive / Sr. Executive will serve as the bridge between top management, audit bodies, and buyers to ensure smooth, audit-ready operations and sustainable practices.
