Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ B.Sc or in Computer Science / Engineering, Preferably CCNA or Network+ certified.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Main Purpose of Job:
∎ Provides client network monitoring, troubleshooting and support.
∎ Provide support like router configuration, PC hardware and software related installation and troubleshooting etc. to the corporate customers.
∎ Visiting clients whenever needed to solve complex support issues.
∎ Reporting progress and escalating problems to the Support Manager.
∎ Configuration knowledge of VLAN, Core switch, Access Switch, WLAN Controller, Wifi etc.
∎ Knowledge:
∎ Knowledge of the IP network topology.
∎ Knowledge of network implementation / integration processes.
∎ Basic Knowledge on Tunnel Data Pass and Security over Fiber, Radio Link.
∎ Basic understanding of Layer 1, 2 and 3 connectivity and security.
∎ Basic understanding of sub-netting differentiation and fragmentation.
∎ Understanding of IP schemes& V-Lan.
∎ Understanding of Routing and Router Character.
∎ IP-Telephony service, Asterisk server, VC Dial knowledge will be an extra qualification & benefit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience of at least 1 year in supporting network operations is preferable.
∎ Strong interpersonal and managerial skills
∎ Good communication and decision-making skills
∎ Attitude of working as a team.
∎ Ability to work calmly under pressure situation.
∎ Advanced knowledge in MikroTik will be an added advantage.
∎ Ability to work in rostering basis.
∎ Ready to work even in any national & religious holiday and willingness to work long hours.
∎ Added advantage for ISP/IPTSP job experience.
