Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Statistics/ Mathematics (B. Sc in Industrial & Production Engineering will get preference)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial & Production Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine garments manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
∎ Conduct cost-effective analysis from sample development to final output.
∎ Reduce garment cost by using industrial engineering tools & GSD.
∎ Set Work Study/ IE team and ensuring that the targets are achieved.
∎ Review the current policies and improve plans to improve upon the existing standards.
∎ Prepare machine / line layout.
∎ Monitor the productivity and efficiency report.
∎ Train the concern responsible to increase productivity.
∎ Create training programs for I.E. techniques and benefits to enable efficiency improvements and waste reduction.
∎ Ensure various system implementations to minimize the cost and increase efficiency of factory.
∎ Find out the causes & remedies of manufacturing wastes.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having good experience in IE activities in garment industry (Woven & Knit).
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Willingness to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure.
