Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Utilize in-depth knowledge and experience in outerwear garment costing to analyze and provide accurate cost estimates.
∎ Collaborate with the merchant team to deliver precise costing based on the analysis of Tech Packs.
∎ Leverage a minimum of 5 years of experience in costing within the outerwear garment industry to enhance costing accuracy and efficiency.
∎ Apply proven experience and expertise in outerwear organizations to develop and maintain accurate costing structures.
∎ Thoroughly review and analyze Tech Packs to ensure that all components and processes are considered in the cost estimation.
∎ Take a proactive approach to costing by continuously seeking ways to optimize and reduce costs without compromising quality.
∎ Regularly update costing processes to reflect the latest industry practices and standards.
∎ Prepare and maintain detailed bulletins for each style, ensuring that all costing elements are accurately documented and communicated.
∎ Collaborate with production teams to ensure that bulletins are aligned with manufacturing capabilities and cost targets.
∎ Integrate GSD as an added advantage in the costing process to standardize time and motion data.
