Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from Any Public University will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Owner ship of his position & responsibility.
∎ Daily New order analysis & very important as TNA analysis.
∎ In hand order status update daily basis based on batch number.
∎ Latest status of each & every batch position of dyeing & finishing before ERP delivery.
∎ Make sure data update as process loss batch wise & operation wise.
∎ Based on order yarn status, daily basis knitting require & production follow-up, batching, dyeing, finishing & delivery plan to achieve TNA schedule.
∎ Chasseing earlier to solve the any difficulties.
∎ Chase any one to meet his TNA.
∎ Leader ship to play coordinator.
∎ Daily meeting with coordinator & follow-up them on root label.
∎ Daily rolling plan analysis based on his requirements.
∎ Daily sitting with rolling planner, dyeing group leader, finishing group leader & QA group leader to inform your latest requirements.
∎ Ensure of presence of booking meeting.
∎ Critical path analysis, case merchandiser for yarn, Knitting, lab, yarn dip, hanger, YD repeat & AOP approval as per TNA.
∎ Yarn Dyeing Follow up.
∎ Ratio wise yarn, knitting, batch, dyeing, finishing & delivery follow-up.
∎ Batch delivery tracking.
∎ Voice out within 36 hours after rec. the new PO by mail to all.
∎ To make sure TNA planner can share any difficulties with management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferably in Fabric Planning Department.
