• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of proven sales experience (preferably in elevators, escalators,).
• Strong knowledge of the construction and real estate market is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP

• Generate new business opportunities through client visits, networking and market research.
• Promote elevator and escalator products to developers, contractors, consultants, and building owners.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and real estate sector.
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the technical/service team to ensure client requirements are met.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
• Prepare every month sales reports for management review.
• Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with clients in alignment with company policies.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance during the sales process.
