Education:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
- 2–5 years of proven sales experience (preferably in elevators, escalators,).
- Strong knowledge of the construction and real estate market is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
Responsibilities & Context:
- Generate new business opportunities through client visits, networking and market research.
- Promote elevator and escalator products to developers, contractors, consultants, and building owners.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and real estate sector.
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the technical/service team to ensure client requirements are met.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
- Prepare every month sales reports for management review.
- Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with clients in alignment with company policies.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance during the sales process.
