∎ Product Upload in website and stock maintain in website.
∎ Create caption and product Description in Face book page.
∎ Manage all official call and Social media .
∎ New image upload in website.
∎ Maintaining official Facebook pages messages & comments answer.
∎ Chat for Sales Conversion
∎ Customer call receive and give the feedback as their quarries.
∎ Order confirmation from Facebook.
∎ Daily 40-50 Call and response for confirm order.
∎ Contact with Distribution and coordinate smooth delivery.
∎ Confirm customer product current status.
∎ Customer follow up from wish list and old customers.
∎ Regular generate new sales by finding new products.
∎ Coordinate with other department for Collect product information.
∎ Vendor and Seller order follow up.
∎ Check Seller panel.
∎ Submit manual Bill to customer and Report Check and process.
∎ Contact with SSL payment getaway team.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in customer demand execution and Problem solving.
∎ Experience in sales conversion through customer social media and internet.
∎ Basic computer skills.
∎ Should have sound interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written
