Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business goals and exceed performance metrics
∎ Create and manage social media content calendar that aligns with the brand and audience
∎ Create and publish engaging content that align with the brand and audience
∎ Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and implement effective campaigns across various - social media platforms
∎ Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, using data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize results
∎ Engage with and grow a community of followers and fans, responding to comments and messages in a timely and appropriate manner
∎ Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition
∎ Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors
∎ Experience in planning media campaigns on Facebook, Google, YouTube and other digital ad networks.
∎ Monitor and report on competitor activity and industry trends
Additional Requirements:

∎ Must have knowledge about FB & Google Ad Manager, Google analytics.
∎ Must have knowledge about Brand Principles & Understanding of consumer Behavior.
∎ Understanding of Digital platform/ Social Media Handles, outstanding analytical and project management, strong copywriting skills
∎ Should have knowledge in Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads Manager and DSP Analytical skill (Brand, Creative, performance).
∎ Agency Management and Negotiation.
∎ Adaptability, be able to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
∎ TVC/OVC Production, Content Development & Website Management
