  • Must have experience as a C&A-certified SIS inspector.

  • Must have experience of working on Denim bottom, preferably with C&A buyer.

  • Fabric knowledge, technical knowledge (sewing, cutting, printing, embroidery)

  • Knowledge of finishing process.

  • Quality Management.

  • Reporting skill, computer skill.

  • Must be fluent at English (Reading, writing and speaking).



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor in-line and end-line inspections for all dry processes to ensure adherence to buyer-approved standards.

  • Ensure first-piece approval for every batch before bulk production starts.

  • Verify PP spray, whisker patterns, hand sanding, grinding, and other processes match approved samples.

  • Ensure color consistency, shade uniformity, and correct abrasion effect throughout production.

  • Maintain strict compliance with AQL and buyer inspection criteria.

  • Supervise operators and helpers to ensure correct method of operation for each process.

  • Work closely with production, R&D, and washing teams to implement buyer comments.

  • Suggest process adjustments when defects, deviations, or quality issues are found.

  • Ensure all tools (e.g., sanding machines, grinding tools, spray guns) are calibrated and in proper working order.

  • Identify root causes of quality defects (e.g., uneven whiskers, over-sanding, shade variations, PP spray spots).

  • Implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

  • Maintain defect analysis reports for continuous improvement.

  • Coordinate with chemical suppliers for PP spray and other chemicals to ensure safe and correct application.

  • Maintain daily inspection reports and submit to QA Manager.

  • Prepare quality performance reports for management review.

  • Keep records of buyer-approved samples and process SOPs for reference.

  • Update checklists and quality manuals as required.

  • Ensure safe handling of chemicals potassium (especially PP spray, permanganate).

  • Ensure all team members use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

  • Maintain compliance with buyer safety standards, environmental guidelines, and local labor laws.

  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
