∎ Proven experience (3+ years) in Credit Recovery, investigations, compliance or related roles.
∎ Knowledge of legal frameworks related to data privacy, fraud, and corporate governance.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact with employees at all levels.
∎ High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
∎ Bangladesh Labor Law, compliance rules, Information Security, IT Knowledge, Legal Affairs, Credit recovery.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the WDTIL Mobile Recovery Wing.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to recover outstanding debts.
∎ Locate and contact debtors using various methods.
∎ Maintain accurate records, update databases, prepare reports, and perform other administrative duties to support efficient recovery management.
∎ Ensure compliance with legal requirements when legal action becomes necessary.
∎ Maintain professional relationships with various departments and personnel in both government and private sectors, as directed by your supervisor and management.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the authority.

In this role, you will be responsible for investigating outstanding debts, managing credit recovery and collections, ensuring compliance with recovery procedures and safeguarding the company’s financial assets.
