Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Sales Targets: Strive to meet and exceed sales targets within the designated market, consistently driving revenue growth.
∎ Customer Engagement: Visit corporate clients, professionally prepare offer letters and quotations, diligently follow up with clients, and successfully negotiate and close sales deals.
∎ Business Development: Proactively identify and cultivate new customer relationships while maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with existing clients.
∎ Market Outreach: Conduct regular market visits, engage with existing and potential customers through various channels including email and mobile marketing, and adapt strategies to capture market opportunities.
∎ Market Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of market dynamics, utilize sales promotion techniques effectively, and employ principles of customer relationship management to maximize sales potential.
∎ Reporting: Create, maintain, and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Supervisor, ensuring transparency and accountability in performance tracking.
∎ Lead Generation: Engage in proactive cold-calling to generate interest in our products and services, identify and nurture new business leads, and schedule meetings with potential clients.
∎ Marketing Strategy: Collaborate in planning and executing corporate marketing and direct sales activities to align with business objectives and drive growth.
∎ Customer Engagement: Continually source potential new customers and maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen client relationships and foster loyalty.
∎ Leadership: Motivate and mentor junior executives to excel in their roles and achieve individual sales targets, fostering a culture of success within the sales team.
∎ Client Visits: Regularly visit organizations to present and promote our systems, providing in-depth product knowledge and tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven track record in corporate sales and achieving sales targets.
∎ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in market analysis and sales strategies.
∎ Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
∎ Self-motivated and results-oriented.
∎ Leadership and team management capabilities.
∎ Willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
