Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting and storing commercial information from a variety of sources, as well as being in charge of compiling reports and presentations as needed.
∎ Maintaining LC related processes.
∎ Monitor and follow up on import documents, as well as coordinate with the supplier.
∎ Maintain communication with port authorities, C&F agents, the fire department, and relevant government agencies.
∎ Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality raw materials.
∎ Collaborate with various departments such as sales, marketing, logistics and finance to align commercial strategies with overall business goals.
∎ Others are tasks delegated by the supervisor or management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent analytical skills.
∎ A strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, is required.
∎ Should have practical experience with commercial functions.
∎ Excellent negotiation skills.
∎ Good computer skills (MS Office)
∎ Energetic, hardworking, self-motivated, highly adaptable, and capable of working independently.
∎ Knowledge of the banking system, commercial items, insurance, HS codes for imported goods, and customs clearance procedures is required.
∎ Excellent understanding of bond licenses, custom audits, and any documentation duties that may arise in the customs office.
