∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a growth strategy focusing on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
∎ Plan and conduct extensive market research to identify competitors’ strategy and suggest own strategy as counter measure.
∎ Organize and analyze the information gathered from the market research and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators and discuss promotional strategy and activities with the Sales & Marketing department.
∎ Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network.
∎ Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products and distribution channels.
∎ Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
∎ Work with the team to develop proposals that speaks of the client’s needs, concerns and objectives.
∎ Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
∎ Submit weekly/monthly progress reports ensuring that the data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM system.
∎ Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Advanced knowledge on MS Office (MS Word/Excel/Access/PPT)
∎ Strong Analytical skills & Leadership capability.
